I'm not very versed in sov mechanics but I think IT droped the first towers some 7 days ago and they started counting for sov, When they removed ALL of the enemy towers, only their towers had the 7 day claim timer so they get sov.

Ma'al Raer appears to be correct. Sov. did indeed drop when IT removed the last of the EH towers. Any sov claiming non-IT towers dropped after Saturday (21 november,) would only make a difference if they had been in majority AND the pre-invasion EH towers had survived AND been in majority. As far as I know, the EH towers were in minority from monday/sunday (23-24 nov.) This would have given IT sov. after dt yesterday or today (monday.) As it stands, IT towers were saved and in majority. At the same time, the last original EH towers were popped, dropping sov to neutral. Once that happened, IT towers were in majority by the next DT, and the system fell. Did I miss anything?
Resender Gallente House Of BlackStar Semper-Mortis	Posted - 2009.11.30 15:03:00 - [105] Not really just that a conflict that erupted between my previous alliance and EH caused the collapse of ours, while we did not sart claiming sov before this systems sov dropped and we had the most towers after the sov drop and we gotten the system fair and square we were forced out not by militairy but diplomatic channels, portraying us as people who didn't obey the rules. This was why I made the comment cause this was a very simelar situation and now the people in Fountain are stuck with it.
