Hi
Many use those ships and their quite popular in eve. With some boost, even more fun.
Harbinger, drake, myrmidon and hurricane -> t2 or molded t1 (add faction ship, in bc bridge for looks)
bonus -> add navy slicer on harbinger, navy hookbill on drake, navy comet on myrmidon (and more drones?) and republic fleet firetail on hurricane
T1 you'll need a faction ship, 30-50 mill and 25-30 mill tier 2 bc. With skill you could cut build cost 5-10 mill per lvl. Could also adjust isk/bang for buck ration with insurance.
T2 edition is more than my current knowledge, about market and moon minerals. But I'm sure something could be done there too.
Just an idea

I really have no idea what you are suggesting. Are you saying you want tier 2 BC's boosted, or that you want faction BC's, or that you want the tier 2 BC's to have some frigates attached to them, like what Hra attempted in photoshop?
Confused Dmoney is confused.

Boost options:
1. t2 harbinger/drake/myrmidon/hurricane.
2. you build/invent/engineer a new ship from 2x t1, one bc and a faction ship.
With bonus from both.

Man, they should just stick frigates to everything. You should be able to equip them in your highslots instead of guns, which are inferior.

OH. I see what you're trying to say. You want to be able to make some weird Navy-Battlecruiser bastard child from mixing together 2 ships.

Hybrid ships, ahh, that is what you are getting at. Some way of fitting two T1s together, though that is in essence what T3 is ^.^ Take bits of T1s and some toned down T2 style stuff to make a ship tailored to you.

Mayhap with new stats it's more like a t2 ship (4x ship bonus), than t1 I guess. But still would be fun to try out a t2 harbi, drake, myrmidon or hurri

That I agree with. Personally, I always thought that the fleet command and field command ships should have used different models. Harbi and hurricanes for field command, and the drake and myrmidon should be a fleet command.

To be honest, with the exception of the Astarte Field Command Ships are basically already tech 2 version of the tier 2 battlecruisers (bonus and fitting wise) despite them using the tier 1 hull model. As much as i would see more BC class ships i have no idea in wich direction they may lead.

Well with t2 approach skill heavy and 130-150 mill hull and added resists.
With t1 mold you get 90-100 mill fitted (with payback from insurance.), and thats a gap from current pvp bc 50-60 -> bs 130-150. New eve players get a good ship and mid cost pvp.
