The Jaguar is an upgraded rifter with an extra Medium and Low slot, an additional 75% EMP resists and 50% thermal resist on both armor and shields, making it a great shield tanker, I use it for running all lvl 3 missions. It also gets increased range and tracking with projectile weapons. It has 215 more structure, 100 more armor and 200 more shields, 5 more PG, and 15 more CPU. It sacrifices speed for defense and power.

Yeah i definately want it, do you think ide be better off in a rupture for .3 Cruser miner pvping. and waht dso you think would be some good skills to train to make it more worth my while and give me 'the edge' in a povo battle with it? Thanks. ALso dodes it look any differnt to the rifter in size etc?

I'm not sure what you are asking exaclty about ".3 Cruiser miner pvping". I definatly wouldn't do any mining in a Jaguar. As for PvP I'm afraid I haven't used it for those purposes, however the rupture is a strong ship as well, and if you're just trying out pvp, you might want to experiment while using a less expensive ship like a Rupture or a Tech 1 frigate.
As for giving yourself an edge, I'd say getting all your gunnery skills to lvl 4 is a good start (and shouldn't take Too long), also engineering 5 and electronics 5 are a defnate must.
Lastly the Jaguar is the same size as a rifter, however it has a different (more silvery) coloring and small transparent "winglets" that make it look cooler.

I'm not sure what you are asking exaclty about ".3 Cruiser miner pvping". I definatly wouldn't do any mining in a Jaguar.
