Which 'Transfer or Withdraw ISK' link are you using? There is actually 2 customers can use (one which opens onto the main page and the other is a javascript popup) mainly due to the same issue you are experiencing - something to do with the ' in characternames.
When logged into your account try using the Java popup one by clicking on the icon directly, not the linked text. If you are still having issues let me know asap and I will look into it.

Actually it was the popup one I was using. However, I've just used the text-link one and it seems to have gone through.

I'm sorry I have not been in game much recently due to holidays Marquedios. I strongly suggest the outstanding debt owed by IHAFS to EBANK be cleared up first. If IHAFS has already made the partial dividends and the remaining principal payment that is due I remove any objection I have to you providing EBANK customers with this option.

IHAFS' only liabilities are to IHAFS account holders so i'm assuming you meant 'IRD' (easy mistake to make ). Directors can't initiate dividends but as for the other outstanding 'IRD' liabilities (not only those to ebank) they will be tied up hopefully within the next 48 hours.
I'm working within a tight budget at IRD and it's investors are not the only party that requires attention.
So does it's contracts, trade partners, suppliers and the 2 alliances it finances but rest assured liabilities to investors are at the top of the list.

I am very happy with your decision to speculate on ebank accounts.
I hope to be using your bank to liquidate my holdings (roughly 4.5B) in ebank,
pending acceptance of the bleeped api's by ebank and you clearing up the misunderstanding you seem to have with them.
You have specified a limit for using this option, however I can not find how close to that limit you curently are.
Are there still funds availeble to complete my transaction?

As of this moment, just over 2.7b isk has been sent to IHAFS from ebank accounts.

I am interested in taking your offer after the API/BLEEP issue is resolved. Do you have plans to make similar offers in the future?

The way the software is coded our end unfortunately means it's a 'first come first served' basis.

There are no immediate plans to increase the amount nor to run this offer again in the future but that may change depending on IHAFS remaining equity in the coming weeks.

I initiated the transfer, it's been over 24 hours so far. I was hoping to have the isk before dominion hits to increase market leverage, but alas.
Overall, good alternative offer to what Ebank is proposing.
Will update this post when someone at IHAFS processes the transaction sometime this week
