So, avatar clothing will drop from NPC's as loot...

If this drops as loot from NPC's, will these clothes differ from NEX clothing in that they have a chance of dropping as loot from player kills? Will there be a chance of them being destroyed? If it drops as loot, will we be able to "build" clothing as well? If they are not destructible, does it set a precedent, or does it not matter?
