This is a high sec radar site.
There is three Guristas Battleship spawns on warp-in. 
I have done lots of serpentis radar sites in low-sec and 0.0 and have only ever encountered BS spawns in radar sites in 0.0-sites. What the heck are they doing in high sec?

Ah yes, sounds like old Base-2. There could be up to 6 battleships. This is the only one high-sec profession site with BSs. Maybe CCP's mistake but I like it.
Why everything should be identical/symmetrical? I love such inconsequences.

Damn, the similar Angel site has nothing like that. Would love to come across one. I really hope they spice up the exploration a little in the upcoming expansions to be honest.
IMHO the sites should have more variance in how you find them as well as what's found in there. Otherwise it's just missioning with random rewards as scanning is so easy that world+dog is doing it nowadays.
I just wish there was more exploration to explore.

I normally fly an Ishtar, which could have dispached those bs's easily, but I was out frapsing some video for the younger players in my corp to get them to check out exploration, and I was flying a Moa at the time, since my corpies tend toward the caldari persuation, and it was way underpowered in this situation.

Yes, found that a few times...
Unfortunately the cans don't reflect the spawns. Sometimes I had 2-3 cans empty and just got 1-2 decryptors...some ungarded sites yielded more...

I did this site multiple times using Hawk with 100 dps or so and I don't see a problem. With Ishkur it would be overkill.
I dont't understand why all things should be equal/similiary/symmetrical/whatever. It will not make this game more interesting. Unique things are good. We need more of them.

The reality is, if it is much more difficult compared to the rest the sites, people are simply going to skip it.
