You never know! For aesthetics sake its awesome, I wouldn't even mind if they nerfed the output to match the old 7 turrets.
You know what an answer is? It's a terminus -- an end. Answers are fine, but questions are where it's at. Questions bring us closer to understanding, -áthey can start a conversation or spark a revolution. So you might as well start asking... now.-á

Drake absolutely needs more dps and more mobility but without sacrificing tank. I'm sick of seeing every **** riding a cane at every gate I pass. Also, a T2 Drake that lobs torpedoes and doubles the shield recharge output. |

I am hoping this is true and they give it enough extra fitting to allow the 8th launcher no problem. If they don't then we might see some more interesting fits for the drake. Definitely going to sacrifice some tank for that 8th slot if the fitting doesn't go up. |

The additional 2 turrents are for hurling tomatoes and eggs at the enemies, to be introduced in the next expansion. |

I concur, the Drake is vastly under powered.

If anything, the drake (as a default ship) is making the game less interesting, i can't wait to see which direction CCP will go with it |
