I'm wondering why this isn't the case. I'm not asking for unique Ammatar ships, just Amarr ships in Ammatar LP stores.

The Ammatar are actually Minmatar from the Nefanter tribe, they had to swear allegiance to the Amarr or be wiped out. Thus, there is no reason for them to have Amarr ships.
That is all.

Another faction that sadly has no ships in its LP store is the Khanid.

Khanid ships would be nice. Easpecially since they are missle based like Caldari, yet Amarr in Armor Tanking.
