Question:
by '' advanced from the qualifiers'', does it refer only to the first stage of qualifier (ranking after first 2 rounds) and win/loss/points from the group stage are ignored?
or
are the win/loss/points from group stage added to previous ranking list ? (there is no new ranking list after group stage, first two from every group move up to finals)

GÇ£In case of a draw all previously accumulated points by a team, covering qualifiers, group stage and knock out stage, will be used to determine the winner.GÇ¥

If it ends up as a draw in the final are you going to apply this rule or shall we see something along the lines of an elite interceptor duel as seen in a previous tournament?
