I am looking for someone to write me a eve lotto php script that I can run on my website.
It would have to allow me to start a lotto, set a ticket price, set start and end dates, manage lotto's, pull tickets from my wallet via api, (like Chribba's you send me isk with reason x it see's reason x and adds the person sending the money to the ticket list for however many tickets they bought)
Users should be able to search the db for there name to see how many tickets they have bought.
When the lotto ends it will need to have the option to randomly select the winner.
I am willing to pay a fee of 600 mil isk, and right to resell the program belong to the person who writes this for me.

Who is your target market? How do you plan to convince them that the drawing was really random and not just going to your alts?
The software is the easy part, in my opinion.

I agree the hard part is getting people to trust me, however this isn't my first lotto, though I haven't ran many. It takes time to earn trust, till then Ill just have to hope that people will take the risk and see how it turns out. Noone started with trust, its something everyone has had to earn that has it, and I hope to earn it at some point through community events and lottos.

I find that having a link to the source code of the page can be convincing that you're not doing anything backend (automatically, anyway. You could always manually go into the database or whatever and change things after the fact)

Or you could just be running different code than the one you posted and noone will ever know. Posting a link to source code proves nothing.

You cant prove trust in the code, its not possible, even Chribba has issues with people crying fowl in his lotto's. However, I'm mainly looking for a api based ticket tracking system, I want the option to pick the winner using the app, but ill most likely use random.org on a live Justin.tv broad cast like I have done in the past,
