This is the third crash in the last week that ccp have blamed on db issues. Curse those Dark Bloods.
On a more sinister note: Is it the same company that are currently managing tranquility that will be managing the upgrade over the next 2 days?
If so we might as well all unsub and the resub in January 2010.

It's actually me who's was in the Ishtar not ****ty Beth Ditto. Dunno why i was my ALT.
I dunno. I had a dropped socket last week and lost a Proteus as i was scrammed and webbed. When i could finally log back on after about 3 mins i returned to a pod!
I petitioned it and basically got told to **** off.

Some Russians logged on got in their Titans and said BURN THEM ALL and the server shutdown because of lack of original thought...

Doesn't anybody read the patch notes??
It clearly said that before Dominion was deployed, they were going to upgrade the Hamsters to Gerbils! Obviously there is a compatability issue with the Gerbils. I am sure CCP will figure it out soon enough.

Was all lined up to set a long enough skill to deal with any extended downtime may cause and um, yeah. Next time, going to have to start a long skill training for a patch a few days before the patch.
