Official Alliance FCs

Its been a long time since we have updated our list. The alliance mail I sent asked that those who are currently FCs respond and those wanting to be recognized. I will do as best I can to make sure this list is as up to date as possible.
Post here if you feel you need to be on the list.
Those who are new to the list will be vetted by HC and the ADM staff.
Those who prove themselves in fire and torment will be promoted.
High Command and Admirals of the fleet reserve the right to command any fleet.
Caps FCs can lead BSs, BSs can lead Roaming. (not the other way around)

So the other day Vince Myself and other high ranking FCs got together to try and decide how to take the experienced but un-official FCs we have in alliance and move them up the ranks to allow them the privliges they deserve for their hard work.
So that brings us to the FC FPP. This is the cullmanation of much debate between us on how best to allow those with intellegence, experience and a solid understanding of game mechanics to move through the chain.
1) Qualified candidates will have reliable and notable experience with small to large gang leadership. KB kinks and Personal interviews will be reviewed.
2) Those entering the program must understand Chain of Command policies regarding combat operation
3) Adhearence to policy is strict and mandatory. We want to see agressive but smart pilots.
4) There can only be one be *******. Thats me
Those that meet the above criteria post a single thread under this one.
In this thread you as you take gangs out edit your post and add a one or two line AAR and links to the KB.
We are looking for wins and loses as both a good judges of what you can, can not, and have done.
Please don't post links to a hauler kill on a lowsec gate. If thats how you want your FC ability to be judged then you need not apply.
Restrictions will be placed on gang size and make-up.
lvl 1) Roaming gang with no more than 5-10 in gang and HD must outnumber enemy fleet by 2 to 1 BS/BC strongly perfered over T2 hacs and recons. I really mean VERY strongly. Its easier to RR in BSs and replace them when lost then to have 10 HACs pop'd making my killboard look like dog ****.
lvl 2) Small 15-50 BS gang going around raping everything it can like a drunkin collage jock
lvl 3)Working with a senior FC during a large scale fleet fight 50-?? in gang.
You will start at lvl 1 and after a period of time your progress will be reviewed. If the seniour FCs approve you will be promoted to Roaming FC.
After that point it is a case by case basis on who the senior FCs feel is competent enough to lead larger and larger gangs.
Those with true Cap on Cap experience need to contact toxicvega directly as that is a whole different game.
