And if you are, how many dudes are you bring and what ships? Fitting: full faction damage mods, Pithum A-type medium booster, 2 navy invuls. With that fitting stats are 524 omi-tank, with EM resis lowest at 57.9%, and 380 dps tank against pure EM damage. How likely are you going to success? How much profit are you expecting to make?

Pests have like 16-24 seconds cycle (? maybe more i didnt follow ROF values on new arti) so its one shot and rest is waiting. If next shot comes out just after concord arrives its lots of wasted DPS which could have been applied with torp ravens or even megapulses (high rof = you can be sure you are dealing damage all the time).

Might want to spam local with death threats cause it will be funny to see them try to break that tank. ........Seriously, something is so wrong with that pith A-type setup, with decent skills its easy to pull 1k dps omni tank, and I think with a Gist XL that number should be closer to 1500.

Getting a big enough crew to 1-2 shot a BS in a suicide attack in high sec is rather tricky. It's tricky for several reasons, the biggest is that outlaws can't actually do it. We can skip through high sec to gank a miner in a belt but although concord may take 10 seconds to spawn, the faction navy spawns before you exit warp in a 0.5 sec system. You will instantly be hit with the racial EW and be promptly destroyed. End result is everyone has to land on the target at the same time and get 1-2 shots off, against hulks that's easy as you only need 3 cruisers, against a BS you are going to need far more than that. Non-outlaws can do it of course and then they will have much more time to attack you as the faction police won't interfere. But they aren't likely to go for that ship since although it's valuable, the loot is split too many ways for it to be worth it as it will require many ships. Suiciding an iteron with 2.5B in cargo is a far more efficient method. Your main threat is a war dec. There are many small 1-5 man war dec corps out there that would love to dec you and try to catch your fancy toy. Many players will just put the fancy stuff away when that happens but some don't and they lose their stuff. -----------------------------------------------------

You're not very smart, are you? and to the op, yes, that's worth ganking. Keep it under 2 bil and you'll probably be fine.

Possible Gank: 2-3 BS with around 1k DPS each (Gallente BS can easyly do that) 1 falcon for ecm jamming 1 or 2 nano fitted interceptors for scrambling and webbing and 1 passive fitted ship for neuting (just in case....) with such gank your ship will be easily killed within a minute
