Note the green adjustments on the patch notes. Titans are now truly titanic but you'll need a carrier to rep their shields.

Signature - CCP what this game needs is more variance in PVE aspects and a little bit less PVP focus, more content more varied level 1-4 missions more than just 10 per faction high sec low sec and 00 |

Patch being posted does not = server being ready to accept loggins so don't blow a vein watching the installer progress :)
Regardless, thanks CCP for posting the patch ahead of time so we can get the downloading started ahead of time .
