I agree - it's completley unfair. It would be good if CCP made minging drones for super carriers because then it would be fair. Super pilots can't change ship without it getting stolen too!

What you want is a Titan that can launch fighter drones that are actually carriers, with each carrier launching fighter drones that are actually hulks and with each hulk launching mining drones.

Titans need a NEW DOOMSDAY WEAPON!
An AoE doomsday weapon, like the old ones, except it doesn't hit ships.. it hits.. ASTEROIDS!
With say, an AoE of 50km.. any asteroid caught in it's barrage is instantly turned into a can of minerals/ore that were inside said asteroid. ( we might need some bigger jetcans.. )
As for it's name.. how about the Chribberhorn.
If you must want to balance it.. make it use crystals.. and only target asteroids of the type of crystal it's using.
Titan flies into belt.. Titan fires.. and a horde of haulers and a rorq follow in to pick up and compress.
