does anyone know of any DJ's with a heavy beat?
i only know a couple but got addicted and want to find more artists
much help would be appreciated

Go to YouTube and search for "sensation black" or "sensation dark" they host a variety of hard/dark trance/techno DJs for these events. If you watch through their videos, read through comments and clip info you can probably gather several Dj names. Here's an example.

go to pandora, and set up a playlist with the music you like, and see what pandora says. Seriously, thats how I find a lot of my music

thanks a lot i really appreciate it. i just would like more people to get into techno. doesn't have to be hard,jump,french, or trance. its all still the same beat =)

I dont know what your defining as "Techno", but if your just reffering to electronic music in general some of the hardest stuff out there is Techstep. Look up Ed Rush & Optical or Tech Itch, or better yet, get some Dieselboy.
Jungle and Drum and Bass in general is also very heavy, some of the newer suggestions would be Black Sun Empire, State of Mind and Pendumlum.

Well if he's looking for hardstyle all you need is the fearfm harder radio channel, but for good artists just google a little.

Hardstyle wich is heavy, is a genre of electronic music related to techno but something entirely different. They shouldn't be mixed up. Shranz however is a genre of techno wich is very heavy.

I listen to a lot of hardstyle some years ago, but back then hardstyle was a very specific genre, not some pick and mix of techno that sounded hard.
Djs/bands I listened to were:

Pandora was mentioned and I agree. I've found tons of cool new bands by starting a Skinny Puppy station . Just sign up and type in one of the DJs you know to start a new station.

Enter the name of the band or the song and create a channel for it, and it will find comparable music. Pandora is so cool, I feel cool just for writing about.
