Edited by: inflamer on 10/11/2004 17:11:21 I am currently in a breacher,fitted with 3 std missile launchers and a 280 howitzer,mostly fighting serpentis in 0.4. I have experimented with different setups,but can't really seem to decide what to go for. I have fitted :
Med slots: - 1mn ab - 1small shield boost
Low slots: - 1 partial power plant diag system - 1 thermal exhaust
When I fight npc's I usually orbit 20km and hit them with sabre,bloodclaw and piranha missiles.
I kill frigs easily but 40-55k cruisers take a long time. Anyone got suggestions on improving this setup? I've only played for 10 days or so,so I havent got lvl 5 engineering or electronics yet,so mw and tf is still an issue. Suggestions are very much welcome:)

Pretty good set up for 10 days worth of playing, Stick with the 280mm they great for long range bombardments. Work up skills for MWD they take ages to train for but it go good on frigs ( well works for me anyway ). Try expirmenting with differnt missles and try rockets they useful cus they got fast firing rate, also get a rifter it one of best frigs out there. |

If so then it's doing nothing for your Breacher as it doesn't have any laser weaponry and that's what the Thermal Exhaust gives bonuses for. A good idea would be to fit a Ballistic Control System there for bonuses for the missiles as that's what the Breacher is mainly fitted with.

well try this perhaps  Hi: 3 std launchers, (I leave it open but could fit something still i think) Med: 1 1mn mwd, 1 small cap battery Lo: 1 cap relay, 1 ballistic control
Should allow at least a near infinite mwd boost (for me its infinite), if it doesn't can always get another cap relay in the low. ------------------------------------------ The ammatar are not the enemy, they are the smoke and mirrors of the amarr. |

3x standard(or rocket) 1x 250mm(or 200mm) 1mn mwd and a cap recharger you only need one cap recharger to keep a mwd on auto small armor repairer and a ballistic mod  Fluffy carebear (\_/) (O.o) (> <) This is Bunny. Copy Bunny into your signature to help him on his way to world domination. |
