What drops these items, or where can you find them? I would really like to see if these are as good as everyone says they are and I was wondering what drops them and where you can find them. |

I'm guessing just about anywhere.
I had one drop off a 4k Gurista in 0.4 sec space.
Of course thats 1, in almost 2 weeks solid mining/killing belt pirates.
Don't think they very common, unless they drop more fequently in lower sec space.

I had four of these drop in lonetrek in about two weeks. I was hunting Wreckers, Plunderers, Saboteurs and some other low level pirates. Unfortunately, like a total noob, i went and recycled them before i found out that they were so much in demand :(

Wreakers? thats odd, in 2 weeks of 10 hour days in a system mining that has wreakers, despoilers, sabatuers and plunderers. Only sabatuers have ever droped them. In that time I think I have had 7 Vm15s drop. You shouldn't overlook the heat deflector ones though esp if you have a limited cap avaible, they block 70% of thermal damage for half the power. Most of the PKers tend to use multispectral lenses and that'll put alot of damage into the thermal range. They are about as common as Vm15's for drops.
