oh my GAWD almost forgot to use my favorite website for this thread!
The last thing I wanted to do this Saturday night was spend several hours writing, editing, and typing this letter. However, I needed to do it because it's indisputably the best way to educate the public on a range of issues. To organize my discussion, I suggest that we take one step back in the causal chain and stop defending the abusive status quo and, instead, implement a bold, new agenda for change. The best thing about Mr. Ijin Michishige is the way that he encourages us to convince the government to clamp down hard on his notions. No, wait; Mr. Michishige doesn't encourage that. On the contrary, he discourages us from admitting that I wish that one of the innumerable busybodies who are forever making "statistical studies" about nonsense would instead make a statistical study that means something. For example, I'd like to see a statistical study of Mr. Michishige's capacity to learn the obvious. Also worthwhile would be a statistical study of how many pesky bottom-feeders realize that if anything will free us from the shackles of Mr. Michishige's ungrateful memoranda, it's knowledge of the world as it really is. It's knowledge that all of the bad things that are currently going on are a symptom of his adversarial reinterpretations of historic events. They are not a cause; they are an effect.
Mr. Michishige's writings are built on lies and they depend on make-believe for their continuation. You shouldn't let Mr. Michishige intimidate you. You shouldn't let him push you around. We're the ones who are right, not Mr. Michishige. If you look soberly and carefully at the evidence all around you, you will obviously find that when I was a child my clergyman told me, "Many self-centered, negligent psychics are taken in by Mr. Michishige's attestation that everyone with a different set of beliefs from his is going to get a one-way ticket to Hell." If you think about it you'll see his point. It should come as no shock to anyone that we can never return to the past. And if we are ever to move forward to the future, we have to present another paradigm in opposition to Mr. Michishige's reprehensible, balmy morals.
Simply put, if barbarism were an Olympic sport, Mr. Michishige would clinch the gold medal. Particularism is a plague upon us all, a pox that will likely not be erased in the lifetime of any reader of this letter. To Mr. Michishige, however, it's merely a convenient mechanism for destroying our moral fiber. Let me put it this way: he is utterly drossy. We all are, to some extent, but Mr. Michishige sets the curve. At the risk of sounding hopelessly clueless, he's more than illaudable. Mr. Michishige is mega-illaudable. In fact, to understand just how illaudable he is, you first need to realize that if Mr. Michishige gets his way, we will soon be engulfed in a Dark Age of isolationism and indescribable horror. That's why I'm telling you that whenever he is blamed for conspiring to create an intimidating, hostile, or demeaning environment, he blames his loyalists. Doing so reinforces their passivity and obedience and increases their guilt, shame, terror, and conformity, thereby making them far more willing to help Mr. Michishige censor by caricature and preempt discussion by stereotype. The only way out of Mr. Ijin Michishige's rat maze is to penetrate the sunny fatade of his scribblings with the sharpened stick of reality. It's that simple.

to the op, i stopped realing your horrible perforated wall o' text almost 3 seconds after i realised how long it was.
this was a fun smart bombing battleship vs goon that got fubar'd by being bumped too close to station. damn bombs stopped working. was fun. and yes i got tired of 0.0. maybe because i was in a failing alliance. got lots of kills solo and doubles vs the russians in insmother. but yes i prefer to take on 3-4 people at a time in empire instead of being blobbed by 400. because we all know that all real pvp happens in 0.0. |

OP:
I have some friends in this same type of situation.
What the real problem is that your corp shouldn't be a corp. If you have no way to protect yourself, corp and your corps assets, then you all should look into joining another, larger corp that has the ability to defend itself from this type of situation.

Regardless, I want to hear why CHED and his alliance officials have decided this mans case (where the OP is very abusive) is worth their time but yours is not.
Disclaimer: CHED and some of his friends held a **** (edit: rhymes with lake) cage (6 x large T2 bubbles surrounding a 0.0 gate) secure for me against overwhelming odds so I could get my pod out of it, they also cleared the outgate for me too. Their honour knows no bounds, and I love him for it <3

That wasn't some bat**** nonsense about Shadow Cadre from Roman Spear by any chance?

There is nothing better to set off my day than the tears of a carebear. The simple truth is that TEFF NOGERO is good at what he does, and your tears are the evidence. One day you may get to dish out your own "injustice" on other carebears such as yourself as this tends to be the way of EVE Online... (providing you dont get sectioned first).
Teff may your actions inspire more people to pvp, and more hate mail

I'm a little confused. Do you not realize EVE is a PVP game? Don't like it? Hide. But it should be pretty apparent by now that CCP won't be changing the way PvP/Pirating/Wardeccing random helpless carebears works.
On a related note, you could simply hire a merc corp.

Ijin there are a few things you can/could do, your not living in lowsec right?
a). try moving your corp when the person is not online & hope he doesn't follow you
b). Learn how to PVP (All of your corp) & when he comes around next time have a few combat ships ready & fight it out with him
c). Fold your corp & move solo or as your little group to a new area as far away from where the person operates.
d). Hire a merc corp/alliance to go kick his & his buddies butts
e). Recruit some PVPers to your corp or see if you can join an alliance as it is very possible if you have more numbers they will go find someone else that only has a few. (A softer target)
It sounds a lot like he is staying well within the rules & in EVE there is no such thing as being 100% safe in space no matter where you are.
Personally I would look at trying to join an alliance so your numbers are boosted & if that isn't possible or doesn't work then you might need to consider the mercs or fighting fire with fire. Good luck
