I recently "liberated" a pair of civilian hobgoblins (noone was there to pick them up, so I just scooped them), and I seem to remember something about a civilian 50mm plate. What other civilian mods are there that don't hit the market? I am asking this because I want to fit a velator, and probably in the future all the other rookie ships as well with just civilian mods, this is just a vanity project.
I am interested in the existence of civ webbers and plates primarily, but something like a stab or sink for a low would be nice as well, as well as a nano or overdrive.
I ask so wildly because the modules regularely available are just the guns, miner, shield booster ab and repper.

I think Civilian modules are fun.
You can get them doing the newbie tutorials. Just follow each tutorial and you get all the newbie modules like the analyzer, codebreaker, web, afterburner, etc.
They're really cute!

Well, I know about the mods the tutorials, but those civ hobgoblins got me thinking there was more, and that I could get a full civ fit together.

I thought about taking them to Jita to contract, but they are much too cute for that. I am open for offers I can't refuse though...

All-Civilian fitted carrier/mothership. Carrying nothing but civvie Hobgoblins.

I'm missing a couple shield hardners, and I didn't even know about the hobgoblins. I'd love to get my hands on one of those.
I think my most rare item is the Shuttle... it actually shows up on overview as type "Civilian Caldari Shuttle" I also have a Navy Mega fitted out with all civilian gear.

That it would, but I fear only very experienced players would be there, seeing there are no civ hobgoblin contract in Jita and the other fittings are far from free as well.

I recently saw a single civ hobgoblin as i was passing through- i wanted it so bad i traveled the 60km to scoop it up. Hilarious little guy- no skill prereqs. Would scoop again.
