Edited by: Glastonbury Hippy on 07/12/2009 19:11:04 How do,
I played Eve for a month about a year ago and have just come back to the game. I have 2 characters, the first has just over 1mil sp and the second about 1.5mil. One is geared up towards the shooting side of things and the other is set for mining and industrial stuff.
Im looking for a corp to show me the ropes and give me some guidance on skills, ships, where to mine, pvp ect ect. Im based in the UK so people on EU timeframe would be ideal.
Im a easy going chap, just in it for a laugh and explore this eve universe a bit and hopefully build some nice big shiny space ships along the way.
Cheers

You may wan't to check us out over at Roids Of War. We are a small mining/industry and mission running corp, full of friendly, laid back gamers in both the UK and US. As a result someone will probably be online when you are also, however this cannot be guaranteed as we all have real life commitments.
For more information please view: Roids Of War EveOnline Forum thread Roids Of War Website
Feel free to contact either myself or the corp CEO and we will get back to you as quick as possible.

Hey bud,
Nephalem is a PVP Corp with a strong EU/U.K members base and a growing U.S member base that has strong ties to a PVE Corp that will (in the long run) provide us with equipment to support our goals, in return we watch their backs when they need our support.
Neph's PVP currently consists of war decs, low sec roams and some high sec 'shenanigans'. Our PVE sister Corp does mining, mission running and other PVE activities so you'll always have someone to play the game with, no matter what you're doing. We have a vent server, website/forums and killboard.
If you're interested in hearing more about us or our sister Corp, feel free to join our in-game public channel (Nephalem) or alternatively, contact me personally in-game via EVEMail or private convo and i'll be happy to answer any questions you might have (I'm from the U.K myself, so shouldn't have any trouble catching me when you're online).
Fly safe & have fun

At some point you will want to concentrate on one character as it is long winded enough to skill up one without splitting your training between two. My advice would be to train up your miner sufficiently that he can keep you in ISK while you skill up your combat alt. There is nothing more frustrating for a new player than to skill up "just enough" to fly a ship then find your fittings (and therefore survivability) suck. Spend some time training for fitting while you're shooting those roids.
Oh, and do the epic arc. It's free ISK and a lot of it for a newb -----
