Not meaning to jump into anothers thread. But the reason the caldari are expensive is due to the graviton reactors.
The 2 caldari ones are the most expensive of the cruisers
You can buy eagles for 85 from here
If you look at it the pricing is the same as the inties, minmater cheapest, amar, gal and then caldari are the most expensive
