Seems like this ship would be a good ship for pvp support. Does anyone agree? Describe its role.

You fit a Cov Ops cloak, probe launcher, MWD, Cap Rechargers, and nanos. You probe and watch things cloaked. No weapons, no ewar, just bare minimum.
Do anything else, and you're doing it wrong.
(aside from exploration)
That being said, it is very valuable and very hard to lose. Good PVP ship.

Def a good fleet support. One behind the fleet, one in front, and you have scouts that can cloak up and hide from about anything but still sit there and watch the trouble and escape anytime they want. If the cov ops pilot also has good probe skills you can scan down a safespot or logoffski really quick if your good.

the greatest feeling as a covops pilot is this, imo
don't expect to do anything but this, but the role is vital. Plus you can bring popcorn and watch the fireworks |

If you aren't a pansy, and your fleet is light on tacklers, you can fit tackle.
