I have been waiting since the 11'th of November for ccp to reply to my petition.....that was just after the server crash prior to Dominion. Seriously What the hell is taking so dam long.

You mean someone actually answers petitions? CCP has customer service? I thought they just have a department to collect the money.

I had a petition on an alt answered and sorted two days ago, merely 18 hours after it was made.

If its taking this long then they are actually looking into it and not pressing the
"the logs show nothing " button
But check your email. CCP will often send a real email about your petition as a follow up or it may have been completed already and they emailed you teh result. I have found several times I got an email response and no ingame or ingame mail responses.

Guess you have a good point about the logs and what not but I still haven't heard from them....nothing in e-mail ether. I hope that they get a move on it really shouldn't take that long with others are getting theirs done with in a week or so. I just hope they are not ignoring me.....which would not suprize me in the least knowing CCP
