I am getting extremely friggin curious about this thing. The fact that it has a special rightclick menu with Launch options shows its not just a junk mod.
Prehaps when launched it will create a giant and spectacular "Glory Hole" on space. Who KNOWS what could come out the other side of such a hole?

I'd guess that it can kill lots of people on activation -OR- it opens up a wormhole to Jove space.

it should, if activated at a planet blow up 25% of all structures on the planet, if activated in a grid in sapce, "pop" all ships in that grid belonging to other races tehn the ship wich activated the device.
