Quote: Not every event is about blobbing up a fleet and annihalating the event team.
This made me laugh.

Quote: When in war-battle the more the numbers one has the better chance of winning.I mean say yer space is under attack by 10 peeps,do you say well they have 10 we will get 10 and make this a fair little fight? I DOUBT it,yer goin to call as many reinforcements that you can.And yes it seems to be easy to get into curse space, but comon its a huge ammount of space to try and protect every entry way in.I say that if you think curse is just an easy sittin large target try to take it over,Hell the attacks on our space is mainly made in our mining area's with a force of 8-10 ships.I understand the entire attack the funds idea but to get on the forumns and talk of weakness is a bit lame.Comin attack a battle ready fleet instead of haulers and unarmed mining vessels,WIN,then talk of weakness
I don't recall ever suggesting CA was weak, where did I say that in the post you quoted?
All I said was, if the event team brings in 7 people, and you bring in 40 people to omgwtfpwn them, maybe they have to /heal or whatnot to stay alive. Like I said, not every event is a handout of free uber loot, maybe they actually had a purpose there beyond 'hey look at us in our cool ships come blow us up for lootz!!1'. If they did have a purpose and had to stay alive for that purpose, then they'll do whatever they can to make sure they aren't killed until they should be killed. If that means using /heal because you've thrown a fleet of 50 people at them then so be it, I don't see the problem here.
Kieron says /heal wasn't used, whether it was or not I have no idea, I'm just pointing out that there may be reasons why commands like /heal have to be used to achieve the goals of the event. 50vs7 is one of those reasons.

Look nubs, open a graphics program, get a screenshot of a small mobile warp disruptor, edit it to read "OMG Teh l33t h@x d3v1c3!!!11oneoneeleventyone"
Congratulations, youve just scammed CA out of another event reward.
(ps: For the 'hard of thinking', I am telling you that the glory device was not recovered by anyone and probably didnt exist)
The Glory device features in a load of rubbish games. Particularly it is from a game called VGAP 3.51x (VGA Planets). Its ****. Find part of the item description from that screenshot here: http://www.astrobattle.com/version1_1.jsp
