Bandwagon - I am jumping on it.
Unlike the other two, at least this one would be interesting. The PVP server would eventually be reduced to just a few power blocs and anyone not in them will not be on more than 14 days, the Carebear or PVe server would be "Second Life in Spaaaaaace".
An exploration server would be pretty much like exploration is now. It would be an easy server to set up too. The total time it would take to transfer the exploration content would be anywhere from 3 to 4 minutes.

He would build it himself of course, after mining the minerals himself. This is the lone wolf server, civilization as you know it would not exist.

While we're at it. I want a fourth server, just for traders. There will be no undocking, just a giant market, and some npc-haulers to move stuff between stations. And there is no need for 3d graphics, so it could be web-based...

I want a server with nothing but Tech 1 frigates, cruisers, destroyers and first-tier haulers. Mine in an Osprey, haul in an Iteron I, tackle with an executioner, ECM with a Blackbird, gank with a Rupture.
