In my corp no new members are receiving the eve mails that are in the corp mailbox.....Is this intentional? or is it a bug? I know that pre-patch any members who joined received these eve-mails. I think the same goes for alliance mails too.

This is intentional... now you only receive the mails for the corp/alliance/mailing list while you are a member.
When you leave the corp/alliance/mailing list you keep all your mails, you don't lose them all like before Dominion.

so joining a new corp/alliance u dont get access to mails that have important infomation that has been up in corp/alliance mails for over 6 months???????????????????????? and that the only way to get them is for the mails to be reposted AGAIN?????????????
ok if this is an intended change then its a GOD DAMN FAIL DUMB ONE!!!!!
/me just joined corp and has no access to corp/alliance mail that has important infomation!!!!!! (on both main AND alt...)

Try clicking the corporation button. They moved that functionality to the new 'bulletins system' in there. If you click the alliance tab, there is an alliance bulletin page too.

that only works if every corp and alliance in eve instantly changes to that system which they wont so it was a fail error by ccp to change it to that system wen it was working fine

this fails coz its not being used coz hardly anyone knows that corp/alliance mails are ****ed for new members it wasnt said in the patch notes so noone damn knows

Those need to be MUCH easier to see, perhaps popup on login when they are updated.
Anything on the corp page is already somewhat buried, and currently, bulletins are on nested tabs.
Even creating a main tab on the mail page with both corp and alliance bulletins would be better than where they are now.
