I travel a great deal now-a-days and after spending days or even weeks embodied as a giant, metal ship, I like to explore the various stations I dock at. What I typically look for is 1) a good place to eat, and 2) services like hotels, spas, or game courts.
I figured I keep a rough pamphlet of the various stations IGÇÖve visited and the amenities available that other travelers might be interested in. Feel free to add your own experiences, and comment about other traveler reviews if youGÇÖve also been there.
My only request is that you note if a specific activity or substance might get you in trouble in that station or colony. It would be unfortunate, for example, if someone decided to try out one of the designer recreational drugs available at the Expert Distribution station in Tash-Murkon Prime but wasnGÇÖt aware those are highly illegal in that social system.

IGÇÖll start with the CONCORD station in Agil, located in Nohshayess, KK. This is where the HanayaGÇÖs clan keeps its corporate headquarters and this is where IGÇÖve worked full or part-time since the age of 14. You might think IGÇÖm going to start this with a luxurious restaurant that serves exotic Khanid cuisine, but youGÇÖd be wrong.
Today IGÇÖm going to talk about AtbiGÇÖs Deli located on the third level of the ISO commissary.
AtbiGÇÖs has served the CONCORD station for over a decade and is open 20 hours a day. It carries dozens of fresh sandwiches and several soups as well. Fast, cheap, and delicious, during my student years and early office worker days, I lived on AtbiGÇÖs sandwiches for months at a time.
Need a quick bite before rushing back to the office? Have a honey wheat wrap with thin sliced chicken, pepper bacon, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and cheddar cheese topped with Peppercorn sauce.
Need dinner to go? Try the Mon Grace GÇô a hoggie filled with warm shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo, and get a cup of vegetable soup on the side.
Partied a little too hard last night? The Full Monty GÇô hamburger, fried eggs, boiled cabbage, tomato sauce, split sausage, and mushrooms on a giant, fluffy Kaiser roll.
Atbi himself was once a slave of Lady Okanen until he won his freedom defending the Lady and her family from an assassination attack. Even at 60, the ethnic brutor is tall and imposing. ItGÇÖs easy to see the fighter he once was in the easy spoken sandwich maker. Though his son also works at the deli, Atbi still takes orders, makes sandwiches, and chats with his customers when business is light.

This is fascinating to me. I certainly hope to see more of this, whether from you or from others in various parts of the cluster. I generally don't stay in one place long but I'd like to take the time once in a while to enjoy some of these venues. |

I thiiiiiink it's on the Rens hub station, yeah....but she's really nice and can make deliveries too!
She makes doughnuts....not just any doughnuts....but -mini- doughnuts! And they're all gooey and sweet and mmmmm.....

Oh! Sorry! Mamma's really nice too! She'll sit and chat with you, and gives reaaally good hugs!

Cap'n Jaspets' in the Republic University in Nakugard, fifth concourse.
He "Does Fish" does Cap'n Jaspet. Fish, glorious fish. And chips. And what chips they are! Deep-fried in lard served piping hot are always worth the wait. That is of course if you're prepared to wait in the usual enormous snake-queue of loon-eyed students, Sebby tinker-tailors and bearded reggae-muffins.
The proprietor's minute wife or girlfriend (one assumes) serves the hordes in her own diaphanous way with an M-shaped mouth seemingly composed of tiny white pebbles. She has the patience of a saint, if you believe in such things and often points to a chalk 'n' board menu that has seen better days.
Incidentally, part of the vast awning there, it is rumoured, has a bit of the original 'Reclamation' ship as a constituent part but who cares about all that history stuff when the stomach is rumbling? Nobody, that is who.
So, then you arrive at your own table, finally. Tacky stained tablecloths of the chequered kind. Free sauce in the cheapest plastic bottles, three varieties:
Smokey chili something sauce in the brown bottle.
Plain tomato sauce in the red bottle.
Courgette/aubergine sauce in the purple bottle.
All of which contain atropine sulfates (C17 H23 NO3)2-+H2 SO4-+H2O for those of you never toiled along the long, unforgiving road of a Chemistry Degree with a monkey on your back. So now you're literally starry-eyed after this gastronomic, mildly poisonous excellence as you untidily wipe belladona from your lips with a bleached napkin, mass-produced in Jark or some dismal place like that, twenty years ago.
How that's value for money! Interested? Yes, of course you are!
Then head on to Nakugard, Republic Uni.
"Cap'n Jaspets'. Book a plaice today".

After teaching my last class for the semester on High-Energy Plasma Mechanics I walked down to level 7, section 8-A of the Royal Amarr Institute. This is right off Ecclesiastical Drive and catty-corner to the Prayer Bower. Right under the Atomic Slave Cross festooned with decorative prayer ribbons is a small restaurant that specializes in Old Terran Mediterranean cuisine, including, but not limited to, Greek, and Lebanese.
The name of the place is Crescent Moon and Star and it's owned by an old Amarrian couple who claim to have in their possession ancient recipes from this Terran region that have been handed down generation to generation. Well, I can't speak to that, but I can and do whole heartedly recommend their excellent food, quaint atmosphere, and personal service.
All in all a fine dining experience with a pleasant homestyle atmosphere and solid home-cooked food, with an attention to a wholesome personal service lacking in some of the other places I have visited.
I personally recommend the kafka and hummus plate, and don't forget the mint tea. Free refills on that!

I only ever enter the station in an environment suit, which makes people stare a bit... Also anything I get needs to be sterilized, which usually ruins taste. Which leaves me to sit in my cabin, alone, staring at monitors, walking around and chatting to capsuleers and crew.
Bit depressing really...

Having to deal with civilians aboard stations can prove tedious at best, I prefer to remain in my quarters and enjoy an MRE consisting of standardized nutrients recommended by the SFDA. Also when dealing with civilian foodstuff it's often difficult to determine it's exact nutrional content, or impact on biological hygiene.
It is a symptom of madness that thoughts become uncontrollably disjointed. This can be encouraged.

For a birthday dinner once some of my higher up employees treated me to an actual steak dinner on a station outside of Huttaken I. The meal was very good, except for the unpleasantness of some Gallente protesters who were standing outside of the entrance bumming for "donations" to help make natural food accessible to all levels of society. Our seating gave us the perfect vantage point to watch the station security forces brualize them.
The best cargo I like hauling contains booze, strippers, and heavy missiles. |

Even if it's not a specific place, still i'd like to praise Ms. Cherri's Slice of Heaven bakery chain.
I was a fresh capsuleer when i tasted its delicacies, and it brings up fond memories. it was an import; I profoundly lament the fact that they never opened a shop in Khanid space. |
