Seeking a nightmare gank fit I am gonna be running with a friend with a nightmare aswell so doing lvl4 missions Figuring one of us Tanks the other maximize Dps what would be an ideal fit for that ? Exclude Rigs since i am Also looking to swap the stuff out to beable to solo as well. Thanks.

A nightmare can already run a level 4 solo with max gank. I ran, for a brief time, with the following fit:
4x Navy tach, tractor/salvager
XL SB, 2x Invul, boost amp, heavy injector, 2x tracking computer
4x heatsink, tracking enhancer
anti-EM rig, anti-thermal rig, laser cap use rig

Scan some of them in mission hubs and you will be surprised by number of pdus, cprs and cfcs in lows...

Ecky looks like a decent fit my only concern is cap i guess tahts why the inector so i will carry what size caps? and average how many ?

800's and you'll carry 20 in cargo bay and 5 in the injecter for a total of 25

Having good gunnery skills and those +5% damage implants is what will take you to the top of damage dealing with the nightmare.
You will want an afterburner if you want to be able to collect more loots and do missions even faster.
Use imperial navy crystals
If you choose to use 4 heatsinks and 1 tracking enhancer in the low slots use a tracking computer or 2 to compensate for the loss of the second tracking enhancer. More optimal, tracking and fall off will give you more dps on average AND make the micromanagement easier.
So to be ganky you need good tank modules as you wont have as many slots left for that than with a 3 heatsink and no ab nightmare for exemple but if you are 2 and are good you should not even need shield boosting I think :)
