Chajitsoyo Gallente Sanford Space Salvage	Posted - 2009.12.13 04:21:00 - [1] I see alot of posts regarding the Tengu (in reference to T3 cruisers) but not alot of info on the other races. Is this due to a large portion of the population being caldari, or is the Tengu hands above the others? and why? Tau Cabalander Caldari	Posted - 2009.12.13 04:51:00 - [2] My corp lives in w-space. We find that the Legion is much better at taking out frigates and cruisers, and the Tengu is better at battleships. The Tengu has much more tank as well (50% to several times depending on fitting). I don't know about the other two races.

You are lucky that you have not seen anything else, my hauler alt's Itty was popped and the char was podded by an idiot pirate wannabe two days ago at a use-to-be relatively safe lowsec gate. In regards of the T3's tanking capabilities IMHO pirates have an imba ship for lowsec gatecamping, fast lock, good firepower and instatanking sentrys. Whatever, I might buy one too.

w1ndstrike	Posted - 2009.12.14 14:51:00 - [13] the Legion is great for exploration, and when fitted right for PvP can pack more damage/tank than an absolution with the same or better agility than the zealot (along with better range from the Liq crystal subsys) tengu is widely considered the best because most of the good fittings for it are relatively easily obtainable after the base skills needed to fly the ship, while the other three require a bit more training and cruiser/BC skill spec to make them work as well.
