With your Domi I would suggest a After instead of a Micro and possibly then drop the PDU and add another Kinetic Hardener.
Also - Berserkers are a waste of time, get Wasps first then Ogres vs Guristas.
That said, the minor annex aint that minor, its pretty hard if you trigger too many spawns.
The Angel version I ran anyways.
Also with Micro dropped can you maybe drop a CCC rig and add either an Auxillary Nano Pump or a Nanobot Accelerator? And still have decent cap?
Just some thoughts anyways - anyone else can correct me, I'm more of a Hyper guy anyways.

Fix'd. I think you accidentally copied the Serpentis setup. Also note that, if you're fighting Gurista battleships, that 1400 DPS tank is probably effectively in the area of a 15,000–20,000 DPS tank(!)

In longer run its bad setup. You cant run Military Complex (0.0 plex) in this one.
You want: 1600mm RT, 2x kin, 1x thermic, 1x rep. With this you can run all guristas complexes solo except for DED 10/10, provincional HQ last stage and DG staging point last stage.
In the end ultimate armor ishtar is:
3x small neutron blaster, cloak
AB, 4x CR
rep, 2x kin, 1x thermic, 1600mm
2x aux nano pump
WASP t2, warden t2, hornets t2
Only ishtar setup that can beat it is shield ishtar (passive) but that one doesnt have AB.

i was able to do this one in a dual MAR II sacrilege.
the idea is to "kite" the npcs and slowly pick them off..
2nd room is nasty!!!

think i did this one, or some other one when i poked out of wh. Had 5mil bounty bs with no loot at the end. Did it in an onyx, then ran the other one in an onyx and broadsword. Worked pretty well minus the fail loots. Lots of salvage.
