I know that is possible to rise FS with storyline mission, every 16 corp mission.
It's possible to rise in other way?
I've heard with COSMOS miss, it's true?

Datacenters: Turn in outlaw tags for standings bump. Expensive and small bumps. Can only turn in the tags once per agent.
COSMOS missions are missions you can do only once per character. They are given out by agents that are in ships at beacons in the races' COSMOS constilation.
Most of these missions send you to a beacon that everyone can see/enter. So, you go into a complex which may or may not have others in them. The NPCs spawn at random intervals. So, if everyone is trying to kill so-and-so to get his head, or kill what's his name to get his card key... well, it can be challenging.
Still, using datacenters and COSMOS missions I raised my faction standing from 0 to 5.5 in about a week and a half... if you count the 3-4 days learning social skills.

What about running courier missions to quickly get to storylines?
The first courier storyline I got was a pretty lucky one (L3 10-part, raised raw faction standing by .54), so I'm not sure what the average storyline for courier agents is, but it seems like a quick way to get to storylines.
