I allways see theise named modules in contracts going for billions and have absolutely no idea where they come from or how they can be attained in the game.
If you have found one of theise goodies pls post here with some info on where i might go and what is required in obtaining it.

They come from faction/commander spawns (Estamel mods are commander).

Past T2, there is 3 (4 counting storyline, but let's not) types of items: faction, deadspace and officer(commander).
Faction drops from faction spawns in 0.0 belts and sometimes, it's very rare, from missions. Some cheaper faction items can be traded for the Loyalty Points gained by running missions.
Deadspace comes from plex's that can either be probed down or are static in a system. Those plex exist even in highsec, but the expensive stuff comes from high level (very difficult) plex's in 0.0
Officer modules drop when you kill the officer himself. They very rarely spawn in 0.0 belts and are sometimes hard to kill.
Your best bet to find those very expensive modules is to run plex's in 0.0, but you need to know what you're doing if you don't want to die all the time.
