Sec hit is small for a ship destruction, however if you blow up the pod aswell expect to lose about 4.0 of your standings. There on right after DT till next DT constantly warping back and forward to the exact same spot all day, they dont respond to your mails, convos or you bumping them out of rock range, it will simple just sit tehre until the macro's ticker has finished and it warps away and back in range.

There is a macro miner in the system who warps to a new belt each time and I know people who mine in the same location / belt all the time. One thing to look for is that as soon as a rat fires on them then they lauch drones and as soon as the rat is destroyed those drones are retracted. They tend to target the same Asteroid as other miners which is another give away. If you see that, then its highly likely is a macro.
