No. The error message says, that the connection to your computer did not work. Try to restart it.

And don't forget to press Ctrl-Q in game for a free ship...
API server is temporarily down as the message says.

Shut down, restart, kill the process ... format!
Seriously, man. The API is DOWN! Just like the error message said!

I had the same issue two weeks ago, when the Dominion patch was installed. Last thing that helped was to reinstall the EVE client.

That is because you were checking it on your computer, I suppose?! Your API key ... your friends API key ... both don't work on YOUR computer? Hmm... what to do? what to do?

Because it will take alot of time. You might also want to format your computer too. By the time you are done downtime should be over and the API should be back up and running.
You must have missed this post earlier in the thread... Originally by: B0FROST Man ... I could have done this the whole night

Killjoy? I gave him some perfectly sound advice.
He can spend the rest of the day rebuilding his computer, and that should solve the "problem"
Like you suggested: "Shut down, restart, kill the process ... format!"

Basically this problem is pretty easy to fix.
Place your PC into a large soup pot, with precisely 1250ml of water. Bring to the boil, and immediately add celery, RAM-chips to taste, pepper, origami, oregano, Morrigan, 3 finely chopped tomatoes and one bay leaf. Reduce heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
Remove the boiled PC and place it in a pre-heated, 220F (lower for fan-forced please) oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown / melted black.
In the meantime add your soup mixture into a blender along with the entire contents of your wallet. The RAM-chips should be soft enough to blend now. Give it a quick blast for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over baked PC.
Serves 4.
