Confirming RED Alliance are likely to pay a ransom for 4 toons with no combat experience to leave a -0.3 system.
It's also easy to get past any gate camp in a shuttle, provided there are no bubbles.
I've flown a cane from one end of Great Wildlands all the way back into Hek and never once did I find a bubble.

Go learn to fly a Rifter and learn something about PVP. That's my honest PVP Guru recommendation.
