Best advice is to get yourself EveHQ, open up the items browser and go to the Orca from the Industrial Command Ships category. Each item in EveHQ will let you create a skill plan to use that item, ships inclued, that will give you the full list of skills you will need, then you can figure out where to start.

Edited by: Sash Vice on 18/12/2009 11:40:25 to max out the learning speed i want to use remap,
Level V 2x mining foreman : prim: charisma second: willpower 1x industry : prim: Memory Second: Intelligence 4x mining barge: prim: Perception second: willpower 1x Spaceship Command:prim: Perception second: Willpower
Level IV 1x Science : prim: Intelligence second: Memory 1x Mining : prim: Memory Second: Intelligence
I guess best would be to max out Perception and Willpower at the end for the mining barge as that skill has the biggest multiplier.
Or any other ideas ? advice ?

get evemon. it will tell you which learning skills you should put in front of your plan and it will tell you how you should remap.

I think you'd be best in coming up with a skill plan that's longer than a year... e.g. Orca then maybe onto Rorq, or Freighter or whatever.
Then once you have your plan, split it into skills by source attributes e.g. science are int / mem, spaceships are per/will.
If you look at your ships choices while they may need primarily a SC skill, they will aloshave other skills like astrogeology that are int mem.
So what I did was spec int mem and do most/all pof the skills orientated towards those, then remap to per/will for the SC's..
Utlimately once yoiu have ther basics out of the way, per/will spec's let you go full pelt for ships and guns...

I don't think so. If you want the optimal way to use two remaps, then EVEmon does not help with that directly. You have to rearrange the skills manually (e.g. manually group the int/mem skills together and the perc/will skills so that the remap can be most effective), manually insert the remap points and then have evemon optimize that.
