This. What we have in EVE now is 12 female types and thats about it. They may have more or less eyeliner, varied hair color and sport a different pose. But every Achura (and other respective races) could be as well one and same person 
Sad but true. Customization and adding those little personal touches is generally lacking in EVE at the moment.
