Looking for a very good invention capable alt... particullary gallente & amarr specialized...
MUST have (this may sound very picky but i most likelly wouldnt consider anything less then below specs unless some unallocated SP are available):
Advanced Laboratory Operation - Level 4 (better 5)
Amarr Encryption Methods - Level 5
Gallente Encryption Methods - Level 5
Gallentean Starship Engineering - Level 5
High Energy Physics - Level 4 (better 5)
Hydromagnetic Physics - Level 4 (better 5)
Laboratory Operation - Level 5
Mechanical Engineering - Level 5
Nanite Engineering - Level 4 (better 5)
Quantum Physics - Level 4 (better 5)
Research - Level 5
Research Project Management - Level 5
Science - Level 5
Scientific Networking - Level 4
Although i dont have budget limitations and other skills are more then welcomed pls notice i'm looking for a research alt, therefore i'm not willing to consider an super pvp toon which happens to also have some 10-15m SP in science.

btw m8,
you really don't need level 5 racial encryption to be an awesome inventor of that race's ships and special mods for t2/t3.
you just have to know how to use the special scientific stuff used for inventing.
my big brother was inventing hulk bpcs (aka gallente specialty lol) with level gallente encryption 1.
he has close to 70 mil sps, 25 mil plus in science, but it will take at least 30 billion to get him.

Confirming too that you do not need racial encryption to 5 really. It allows you to build like 10more cosmos items in game if you train it to 5...but who really cares about that ya know? |

i used to consider that racial encryption skill lvl (also) helps with invention success rate - i'm wrong?
