BS loss when full insured = 31 mil insurance + 19mil for equipment.
Covert Ops loss = 15 mil for the ship + 35 mil for the cloaking device.
Well imo most will loose much less on loosing a BS. Probaly 45 mil or 40 mil. If you can produce it much less.

an indi does not cost 2mil isk. it costs like 300k to build, 100k in mods, and then with insurance and all you lose what, 100k?
a covert ops frig only costs as much as the components used to make it, if you have a source (like me) you can get the frig for 4mil and the cloak for 5mil.

Its all based on statics and prijections of course.
Some are worth less, some are worth more. We looted 900M+ in mods from a single bs last week. So, its just an average value.

tbh the average pod WE kill costs MORe than 2mill. (think implants, expensive clones).
tbh the average indy is worth more than 2mill ( think named expanders, and whats in the cargo)
tbh, every single cost estimation on that list is VERY much on the low side.

If you just catch ONE BS worth 400M (f.e. a Raven with 6 Arabelest + lots of Dread Guristas Stuff like Dread Guristas XLarge Shield Booster, etc or an Apoc with 2 best named large armor reps which I saw one going away for 280M!), you can set the average isk of 10 BS up to 70M easily (10*32M Insurance + 400M on ONE).

I think this would go better had you not attatched an isk value. That said, the numbers don't look that bad. 2mil an indy is high but of course you have to factor in that some indies carry bling bling mins and mods and such.
In the end, i don't think anyone cares tbh.

Hmmmm........ I do most indies that carry giant secures and iteron V with Expanded Is or better, also the amount of decent loot u'll find in an indy is a joke.... Being a frigate pilot i used to find loot holds of 200k-40 mill.... So i think 2 mill is under exagerating.... A pod for a well skilled pilot costs 2 mill standard.... With implants it can go way above 2 mill, i lost a pod the other week worth 80-90 mil... Now i realised that being a frig pilot with implants isnt a good idea...
