do these blueprints work if you dont have production efficiency? or will it be a waste? i just started but was gonna make my own ammo. i don't want to waste money on it if i have to wait and train more. |

The prints are researched to the point of diminishing returns for characters that have or don't have Production Efficiency. In other words, they couldn't be any better if you don't have Production Efficiency, unless they were research for nearly a year. You will save money producing your own ammo with these prints. If you build rigs using the rig prints, you're going to save millions and millions of ISK because even one armor plate or alloy trit bar per rig adds up fast.
