I've done a couple of 6/10 and 7/10 plexes and only the last one drop overseer effects.
Before Dominion it dropped one overseer effect in every room.
Is this a bug?
If it's not then there's not much reward doing high lvl plexes with low chance of getting deadspace items.
0.0 life is no fun after Dominion. Fights are just a big lag fest and plexes are not what they used to be...

Yep.. I agree with you. Even anomalies don't spawn faction anymore. Iused to get 1 faction in 5-7 anomalies before Dominion. Now, I did 20+ anomalies and failed to get any faction spawn.
Something is very very wrong.

Dominion was an attempt to make more income in null. Farming leads to nerfing. Take a look to lvl 3 and 4 mission drops of the past for a good look on that.
Tell you what though- ill trade you all mission bounties, all mission rewards, and 1/2 the lp reward for the odds of finding faction loot that null sec ratting now enjoys. Post it in the hall- ill support that with every alt i have.
Would be a good trade, and would prolly increase my isk/hour doing missions.

Well they sure as heck didn't nerf high sec static DED complexes. I think they may have been buffed, actually.
I pulled 3 Talocan skill books out of one in 0.6 in an hour last evening. That NEVER used to happen.
But what the hey, an hours work payed for a month of game time. I ain't complaining

No ya wouldn't. At least not anymore. Most of the faction spawns in the belts out here are dropping tags and ammo. I'd thought that that's all they'd ever drop post Dominion for awhile until I got one the other say that dropped a Thermic Hardener. Faction drops in plexes and belts both seem to have received a pretty substantial nerf. I,.. I think they want us to mission!

Still getting faction spawns/overseer effects since Dominion. Although the overseer effects don't appear to be luck-based (so if you're not getting them, that's odd) everything else is luck.

DED Complexes now only drop a final overseer effects on the last stage of the complex and faction/deadspace loot is much rarer now but there is still a chance. As for anomalies, they are exactly the same, there was always a very low chance of getting a faction spawn in one but it still happens.
