This is a very valuable toon, but has pretty much been superseded by another purchase now and I don't find that I use him.
What he can do:
- Rorqual
- Providence
- Jump Freighter (Ark)
- Basi and Guardian (Logistics to L5)
- Max Noctis and Salvage skills
- Orca
- Cloaky-Hauler
- Cloaky-scanner
- Key PI skills to L5
- Excellent core skills

You can see the list of skills through the link. By Tengu ready, you just have to inject the Strategic Cruiser and Subsystem skills - all pre-req's are done. Like a TV can be HD Ready. |
