Can anyone tell me if there is a list of Cosmos missions and rewards guide? Or could you tell me what cosmos agent gives the 'Protest' Larger armor repairer I for the reward?

There is no agent that is certain to give any particular COSMOS BPC because they are selected randomly. What you can do is run missions for the level 4 agents in the Gallente COSMOS constellation and try your luck.

Actually, I tried the Gallente COSMOS missions (not just the "badges" ones, all of them) and most arches were broken. Multiple tickets only yielded me replies on the tone of "we know agents are broken", we disabled them for a future fix. Now, after months and months till 1 month ago the fixes were still not made, just FYI.
