I just bought myself a Apoc, i have no experience with a Apoc either.
I hope someone can help me out to find a nice PVP fitting for a Apoc.

hi, try this.
High : 6 mega pulse lasers , 2sieg's laucher's (or cruiser launchers)
Med : cap recharger's?
Low : 2 Large armor rep's (named if u can get it) 3 hardner's, and mabey a cap relay, or u can mabey use 2 hardners ?
Or just simply, 8 mega pulse lasers, and the rest the same 
hope this helped a little atleast.

HI
8x Mega Pulse Laser I
MED
4x Cap Recharger I or II
LO
2-3x Cap relay
2-3x Hardners (Depends on NPC)
2x L armor repairer or 1x L armor repairer and 1x MED armor repairer T2
But my favo is:
HI
4x Tach
2x Quad Light Beam Laser I
2x Siege Launchers
MED
4x Cap Recharger I or II
LO
2-3x Cap relay
2-3x Hardners (Depends on NPC)
1x L armor repairer and 1x MED armor repairer T2

As an Apoc pilot your key advantage is your cap and this gives you the ability to have a very strong deffense. You get best results when taking advantage of what a ship does well. Tank hard. I'd try this:
8x Mega Pulse
1x Warp Disruptor
3x Cap Recharger 2
1x Large Rep (named)
1x Medium T2 Rep
1x N-Type Thermal Hardener
1x N-Type Kinetic Hardener
1x N-Type Explosive Hardener
1x T2 Backup Array
1x CPR
6x Heavy Drone
