So I've finally got all my training for tech II ewar stuff and logistics equipment, as well as the ships. Now my question is how should I fly these ships, should i orbit, keep at range, stay still or just manually fly them? Sorry for the noob question, but I'm just in the FW fleet, and haven't really gotten a chance to fly in fleets with many people. Your experience(s) and tips are welcome.

A good FC will primary you so make it hard on them to kill you. Stay at maximum range. Fly at maximum speed parallel to the action, preferably aligned to warp out if things go banana-shaped. Logistics is always best in pairs, so you can support each other as well. Beware of getting jammed by enemy EWAR as logistics. Notify you fc immediately if that happens so he can take action. A few random tips I've learned:
Range is your most effective tank. Every km closer is as good a losing a chunk of EHP.
As ECM and logistics, don't expect anyone to be watching your back; that's your job!
Facing another equal ECM ship, whomever locks first wins.
Expect drones. Smartbombs can save the day (though in hisec you probably want to skip these). Don't smartbomb friendly drones.
Neuts work well on Interceptors (which are the biggest threat to your range tank).

Your fellow logi pilots should be watching your back... At least one of them should have a lock on you anyway for cap transfer.

Always try and have two logistic ships in gang and put each other and tacklers on watchlist, put perma rep/cap transfer each other if possible. When tacklers try for tackle get rep on them. If fighting at a gate orbit at approx 10k at best speed, if not at an orbital object orbit each other.

And, as with every ship you're flying for the first time, make sure you can afford to lose a few... Your signature exceeds the maximum allowed dimensions of 400x120 pixels and filesize of 24000 bytes -Sahwoolo Etoophie |
