So, having returned to EVE (with a second account too!) i thought to myself "why dont you get involved with the fun stuff?"
Up until now i only did missions and C3 wormholes (ran them solo for more $$$).
Is there a good way to start the stuff that matters (also known as pvp in low and null)
I dont know why i never built up the ballz that are needed to do it....but i kinda get tired of running the same **** over and over again.

Buy rifters.
Fit rifters.
Go to lowsec.
Shoot something.
...really, faction warfare got a beefy buff. You can do it as a hybrid pve/pvp thing until you get used to it.
Edit: okokok, learn how to dscan, setup perches and safes, and fit a web and scram. Best way is to jump right in and start doing it. I assume you know how to do the dscan/perches thing, having had prior experience.
Second edit: If you'd like some gudfites with minimal risk to get you started, RvB. Don't make that a permanent solution, though, if you'd like to actually dip your balls in something

Don't discount pvp in high-sec. It leads to a surprising amount of enjoyment (and tears) if done right.
How do you start to do it? Well, remember what pissed you off the most when you were running missions? Try to emulate that. That type of activity is actually the reason why you* quit, but the ones who performed it kept playing this entire time.

How does one make $$$ while doing pvp? I am a complete noob regarding that field. If someone could point me to some guides or threads, i am willing to read :] (i dont know why my search tells me that there is nothing that can be found, wtf?)
Rifters cost ISK, ISK is made through? Well i know the pve ways (in high sec)

unless you are doing pvp strictly for income generation (suicide ganking haulers etc) you will always need to engage in some non-pvp activities to finance your losses - the pirate who lives solely on ransoms & loot without ever engaging in any "carebear" activities is a myth. |

Actually, in the right corp (usually one that provides free crap), flying the right ships (typically cheap ones with meta fittings), and looting/salvaging everything in sight, you can make ISK by PvPing. It's sporadic and unreliable, but possible.
Faction warfare also gives LP rewards for every kill, and you can run its complexes in PVP-fit ships (which can attract a fight).
