aww man bad timing :( I just sold a toon for 1.5B, maxed drone skills level V in everything except 3 of the 4 racial drone skills. :( Even had a faction fit domi to throw in with it. MadPanda hehe even a cool name. I used him to do exactly what you wanted too.
