Good plan, I suggested it last week in an Alliance discussion but flaming overshadowed the suggestion.

Might I suggest Logs be kept and mailed to CCP? That way we can get more out of this gankfest then fun and crashing?

I wouldn't fight Oveur if I were you. He cheatz and h4x. He does stuff like unplug your USB cable.

IF any and all player partaking in this test, would you all please ensure prior to logging into the test server your perform the following.
1. Open your eve test directory
2. Double click LogServer.exe, its the symbol with the wrench and ccp logo
click file > new workspace
3. Then start your eve test client as per normal
After you close your eve client please,
1. chose save as
2. save to a known directory
If you encounter bugs please submit INDIVIDUAL Bugreports here, and make certain to state the exact method of reproduction for the bug.
If submitting logfiles with a BR, please ensure they are in .zip format (for XP - right click file > send to compressed folder)
These actions should be undertaken by another logging to teh test server for any reason, but I would like to reiterate them here and now, since many partaking might not be regulars on the test server.
Also patching information including details of the most recent patchlogs can be found here., and there are specific ShivaTest and Patch Review forums also. Please keep all testing related threads there.

Get everyone to turn up a little before, then if numbers are un-even too much we can move people between sides to make things more fun :)
As for neutrals, if enough turn up, make a 3-way battle :) If not, just distribute to the side with least numbers.
I'll get my test client patched and hopefully be there :)
